PROGRAMME:
Pamukkale is one of the most beavtiful place with its natural pools and historical sides.
Our tour starts by picking up guests from the hotel; we will have breakfast in a restaurant in Antalya. Following breakfast we will drive over the legendary Taurus Mountains with the view of natural places and small Turkish towns.
On the way we will have a 15 break in a dried fruits shop, where you will have chance to taste dried fruits from all around Turkey. Afterwards we will drive to Tavas where we will visit a big carpet shop where you can see how the handmade carpets are weaving and we get information about carpets. And if you are interested you can have a carpet for favourable price. Afterwards we will have lunch and drive to Pamukkale.
If you never think that water can be great architect just see Pamukkale and you realize that it is true. Pamukkale as called locally “Cotton castle” is a real wonder of nature with its white lime terraces. These travertine cascades lie about 90m high over the valley with a length of 3km. Its pure white beauty formed by the mineral enriched thermal waters. The Hierapolis takes part close to the terraces, which will take you back to the ancient times. After nice time in Pamukkale we will drive to the restaurant where we will have our dinner. Then we will drive back to our meeting point in Antalya where we gathered in the morning and we will drive back to the hotels.
